Once you submit the form, one of our advisers reviews your enquiry directly. There is no call centre or automated triage in between, and we usually reply within one working day. For a straightforward enquiry, that first reply often lists what a feasibility review needs from you. Examples include recent electricity bills, a roof or site plan, and any existing grid connection correspondence. If your enquiry is more complex — say, a multi-site estate or a business already partway through a grid application — we will say so upfront, rather than promise a timeline we cannot keep.

A first consultation is a conversation, not a sales pitch. We will ask about your energy use, your site, and what you want to achieve — lower costs, more resilience, or a net-zero goal. In particular, we check whether the numbers look likely to work before you spend money on a full feasibility study. Because we do not sell or install anything ourselves, we have no reason to talk up a weak project. If the honest answer is "not yet" or "not here," we will say so plainly. As a result, most clients leave that first call with a clearer view of whether solar is worth pursuing, even when the answer turns out to be no.
